At Auredon, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, because self-care should be simple — from checkout to delivery.


Order Processing Times

We carefully prepare and inspect every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it’s placed. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, it will be considered dispatched and on its way to you.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal service efficiency. Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within the following timeframes:

🇺🇸 United States: 4-7 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 4-7 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7-15 business days
🇮🇳 India: 8-15  business days
🌍 Other International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that during holidays or customs inspections, shipping carriers may experience occasional delays that are outside our control.


Order Accuracy and Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct and complete at the time of checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or cancellation.

If our system detects a possible address issue, our support team will reach out within 3 business days to verify your information.
If we don’t receive a response within that time, your order may be canceled and refunded.

If you realize there’s an error, please contact us at hello@auredon.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make corrections, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify it.


Delayed Deliveries

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we do everything possible to ensure fast delivery.
However, there are rare occasions where external factors — such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier disruptions — may cause shipping delays.

In such cases, we will:

  • Work directly with our courier partners to help resolve the issue quickly.

  • Keep you updated about any known delays or changes to your order status.

Please note that Auredon is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist and keep you informed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing.
Once your package has been handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility.

If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@auredon.com — we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen items, as they may require specific delivery information from you.

Depending on the outcome of the courier’s investigation, Auredon may offer a replacement at our discretion.
If your package cannot be recovered, you may also wish to file a police report for further support.

Please note: Lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy, but our team will work with you to find the best possible resolution.
