Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be processing and cannot be altered.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in ensuring every Auredon product arrives safely.
An item is considered damaged only if it is physically broken or defective. Minor wear to outer packaging (such as dented boxes) is not considered damage if the product itself remains in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@auredon.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
